Meet the team.

Tanya Cumming, Servicing Manager

As the Servicing Manager for the team in Hastings, my primary goal is to ensure the team are competent, focused and supported to enable us to deliver the service our Customers expect.

I am always looking at ways we can improve and build on the great reputation that Triangle Fire Systems has in the industry. I enjoy working with Customers from all backgrounds, looking at how we operate to identify opportunities to progress the department and learning more about the service offerings we not only provide now but can add to our portfolio in the near future.

In terms of my background, this has varied across various areas which consist of working within the Electrical industry for a leading Cable Management manufacturer supplying Electrical Distributors across the UK, and then Domestic Fire Alarms with another leading provider working within the BS5839:6 standard, delivering training to Electricians, attending events and working with Social Landlords.

Following this, I entered the Security System era working with Care Providers, Housing Associations, Social Landlords and agencies on systems such as Warden Call, Nurse Call, Door Entry, Access Control all within hard wired or cloud-based systems, with my role entailing on site surveys, quoting, contract meetings, building Customer relationships and obtaining new business as well as retaining existing.

I have undertaken a number of courses including an NVQ Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques to eliminate waste in processes and find better working practices as well as Level 2 in Customer Services, amongst various sessions learning about British Standards, new technologies and keeping up with new supplier offerings and changes in the industries.

On a personal level, I am married with 3 children, love living by the sea, always ready to make the next amazing memory and have more adventures.
