Triangle fire were awarded the contract for the Fire Sprinkler Package at Oval Park.

.Contacted directly by Malcom Building Services Limited who are the mechanical and electrical sub-contractors for this project to design, install and supply:

• 189 apartments with a BS 9251 residential sprinkler system
• BS EN 12845 commercial sprinkler systems.
• BS 9990 wet risers.

The Oval Village development consists of 3 tower buildings which shall provide over 700 new homes, offices, retail and leisure facilities. The complete development includes 236 affordable homes. There are also future developments that will be taking place in the future.

Block G also known as Juniper Gardens has been set around a beautifully designed central garden. The tower is 16 storeys high and will consist of 189 apartments ranging from 1-3-bedroom apartments.

The development is located next to the Kia Oval Cricket Ground as well as a short walk from the River Thames, many popular bars and restaurants as well as trendy shops. With 3 different stations a 10-minute walk from the new site.

The main contractor for this development is Berkeley Homes (Central London). Work began in 2022 and will be completed in 2024.
