Triangle Fire were awarded the contract for the Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems at Deanston Wharf, Plot 3 in London.

Along the curve of the River Thames, to the Docklands East area of the London Borough of Newham. Deanston Wharf is being transformed into a vibrant new residential-led neighbourhood. This development includes 10 buildings standing between 9-17 storeys tall, comprising of 769 residential units with 77% of these being affordable and social housing.

Triangle Fire Systems were contracted directly by Cilantro Engineering who successfully secured the project as the mechanical and electrical contractors to design, install and supply:

• BS9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems.

Across the development Triangle will be installing a total of 3439 residential fire sprinkler heads and 88 value sets across six blocks.

This new residential-led development will also include mixed floored space consisting of rentals, outlets, restaurants, banking, a public house, takeaway shops, office and training centers, new public and communal open spaces as well as basement car parks within 4 of the 10 buildings. This development began in August 2021 and will be completed in June 2025. We are thrilled to see how the development flourishes and look forward to working alongside Cilantro Engineering.
