Triangle Secures a Place on the CHIC Framework

Triangle is delighted to announced that it has been successfully appointed to CHIC’s Fire & Building Safety Framework under Lot 1 and Lot 2. This achievement reflects our commitment to delivering high quality service and solutions in collaboration with CHIC.

About the Framework:

Developed in close collaboration with members, consultants and contractors, this new framework aims to enhance fire safety compliance across diverse building types while encouraging innovation and efficiency. With a strong focus on flexibility, sustainability, including the Building Safety Act 2022.

Fire safety is a critical component of a comprehensive strategic asset management approach for Registered Providers. Ensuring robust fire safety measures not only protects residents and assets but also underpins the long-term sustainability and compliance of building portfolios.

The framework provides an integrated solution, supporting members in meeting their regulatory obligation, enhancing building safety and supporting proactive risk management.
