Edward Street Quarter
Project brief
Triangle were awarded the contract for the fire sprinklers and dry risers at Edward Street Quarter in Brighton.
The £66.5m project, is on the site of AMEX House – the former headquarters of American Express.
We were contracted by Price Building Services, on behalf of McLaren Construction, to design, supply and install:
- All 168 apartments with a BS 9251 residential fire sprinkler system
- The car parks with a BS EN 12845 commercial fire sprinkler system
- Dry rising mains to blocks A, C, D, E and F
The mixed use development will deliver 170,000 sq ft of offices, space for coffee shops and restaurants and 168 new homes.
