Project brief

Triangle Fire were awarded the contract for the Fire Protection Package at Meridian Water in London.

We were contracted directly by ‘Vistry Partnerships’ who are the main contractors for this project to design, install and supply:

• A BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems to all 290 apartments, 10 townhouses
• BS 9990 Dry Risers into blocks A & E
• BS EN 12845 Commercial Fire Sprinkler System to the Car Park Area of Block A

Meridian One has partnered with Vistry for this project and this is the first of development on the site in Enfield. They will be delivering 977 mixed tenure homes and apartments as well as over 2,300 squared meters of leisure, retail, employment and community space. 

September 2023 saw the first residents move into the new homes. The overall development will be constructed in phases from 2021 with the last completions expected in 2027.
