Project brief
Fairview Homes and L&Q formed a joint venture to develop a 5.5 acre site in Park Royal known as First Central, the site was formerly part of the Guiness factory and comprises 3 blocks of 13, 16 and 26 storeys.
Fairview Homes awarded us the contract for the full fire suppression package of works covering:
- Residential fire sprinkler system to protect all 807 apartments across the 3 blocks.
- Commercial fire sprinkler system to protect the car parks within the 3 blocks
- Wet rising mains to the 26 storey block
- Dry rising mains within all 3 blocks.
Our engineers started on site in March 2019 and project is nearing completion.
