Triangle Fire provide fire audits, inspections, service and maintenance packages for the purpose of assisting our clients to properly maintaining their fire protection systems.
These are carried out in line with the current British Standard (BS) requirements in readiness to fight against fire.
The key factor is ‘planned preventative maintenance’ (PPM).

Fire audits can also be provided for the relevant fire systems that we maintain, which would be carried out by a third party, along with industry checks of the ‘Review of Hazard’ requirements under the current Commercial British Standard (BS EN 12845) are being adhered to.
Active fire Systems are designed to aid fire protection at all times and are a means of protecting lives and property for many years providing the systems are properly maintained.
Triangle Fire also have the ability to take on small works projects, to carry out remedial works that suit your requirements, including other items such as fire stopping, electrical fire protection systems, trace heating and lagging.
As a company, we can provide consultancy on fire sprinkler systems, wet riser systems, dry riser systems and hydrant systems.

Triangle have been working with Wates Property Services and SES to deliver circa 4,000 retrospective sprinkler installations across 80 high rise blocks in Birmingham for Birmingham City Council.
