We are delighted to announced our Servicing department have secured a 3 year contract for the Residential Sprinkler Servicing for Chelmer Housing Partnership (CHP).
CHP are a charitable housing association based in Chelmsford, owning and managing over 11,500 homes.
We have previously held the contract with CHP outside of a tender, but are pleased to have been awarded the contract following a competitive tender process, achieving high marks across all areas, demonstrating our ability to deliver servicing contracts to the highest standards.
Tanya Cumming, Servicing Manager at Triangle said:
“We are pleased to have won this tender award, allowing us to continue our close working relationship with CHP. Years of experience have lead to a seamless servicing process, complemented by excellent customer service for both client and residents, and this was undoubtedly reflected in our tender submission”
The contract includes the provision of inspection, testing, servicing, repairs/maintenance and minor improvements of CHP’s fire sprinkler systems, across 27 sites, to keep them compliant and in full working order.
In addition to the above, we will also carry out monthly inspections, as per the monthly safety checks that fall under the Fire Safety England 2022 regulations, at 2 of their properties, one of which is Parkside Court, which was our first large retrofit sprinkler install over 7 years ago.
Well done to both our Servicing department and our Bid team for their hard work in securing this contract for another 3 years.
