Luke Doswell – Accounts Receivable Manager

As the Accounts Receivable Manager my main priority is to ensure that every aspect of work billed for is paid within the agreed terms of the contracts.  Sometimes, this comes with its challenges where I will investigate and resolve a variety of disputes before payments can be made.

Another focus of mine is reconciling projects at final account stage to ensure we have received all the payments we have billed for so we can recoup that final part of retention.

I enjoy coming up with new ideas and processes to make cash collection run as smooth as possible.  I also have a fantastic hard-working team to whom I give my full support.

 I have worked in credit control and credit management for over 20 years within different industries, and although I’m relatively new to the construction industry I am finding it an enjoyable challenge.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to see live music and stand-up comedians.  I’m also a big sport fan my top interests are football & baseball.
