Philip Faulconbridge – Operations Manager (Midlands/ North)

 A key part of my role at Triangle, within the Midlands/ North division, is building and maintaining relationships with clients. I support the Project Managers and sub-contractors to remain on track and deliver works to a high standard. I am also responsible for the handover of won projects internally to the team and overseeing the management of each project from start through to completion. 

Since joining the company in 2023 its been a challenging and steep learning curve but I find it very rewarding and I enjoy my job as no day is the same and every day has its challenges.  

Outside of work I’m a father of 4 (3 girls, 1 boy) and enjoy spending time with the wife and kids.
