Meet the team.

Samantha Skinner-Davies, HR Manager

I am responsible for all company HR related functions and office and site based health and safety.

The role was new to Triangle when I started so I have been able to mould and craft the role to the successful position it is now. There were many challenges initially which I thoroughly enjoyed, I continue to progress and undertake more responsibility as I develop the role.

What I love most is the feeling of being part of the Triangle family, which ultimately means being accepted for who you are and encouraged to excel combined with the relationships with colleagues (now friends) I have developed.

I am part of the Triangle ESG Working Group. I have increased my H&S role from support to being the ‘face’ of Triangle safety, promoting and empowering women in the construction industry.

I am an avid reader and love to study, when I’m not working or studying I love to spend time with my children and 6 grandchildren at home and in the garden with my hubby and our crazy dog.
