We have secured the contract for the commercial and residential sprinklers and wet riser at Tide Construction project, College Road.
The College road development consists of 817 co-living rental homes and 120 affordable residential units across 2 two towers of 35 and 50 storeys high.
When completed in 2023 it will become the tallest modular building in the world at 150m tall, taking the accolade from 101 George Street, another project that we worked alongside Tide Construction.
College Road follows many other successful projects with Tide Construction over the last decade and we look forward to continuing to work with them on future projects.
In the last 3 years we have completed George st ,Croydon for Greystar in itself a 43 storey project in excess of 160 million in value and at the time the tallest modular building in the world. Presently we are due to complete College Rd ,Croydon a 50 storey project valued at 220 million plus and when completed will become the tallest modular building in the world in October 2023.
For me their expertise in this field has been of paramount importance in the successful construction and delivery of the above projects and as important the ongoing operation of these for our valued clients.
The Triangle team as a whole and notably Warren Root and Steve Chantler have always performed professionally and to a high standard with regard to Design, Safe Installation , Installation Quality, Programme and Budget Requirements”
