Triangle Fire Systems have recently formed a Social Committee aimed at encouraging our employees to engage in social activities beyond working hours as well as incorporating fun quizzes and email activities during these festive months. Our first event took place on the 27th October, which entailed a fun filled quiz night!
The evening featured seven rounds, including general knowledge, a music round, a round showing off our employees as babies, and more! The atmosphere was filled with joy, and competitive spirit, showcasing our staff’s dedication to teamwork and healthy competition.
We were thrilled with the turnout, especially for our first event and we are eager to explore further social opportunities moving forward knowing our employees are keen to attend such events.
With the diverse knowledge required from team members to achieve high scores in each round, the joker card proved to be a valuable asset for those with low scores. Despite some low scores, the spirits of each and every team remained high and positive.
Throughout the evening the leader-board remained close all the way through and concluded with the top two teams separated by just a single point!
Final Standings:
- 1st Place, ‘Never Gonna Quiz You Up’ scoring 74
- 2nd Place, ‘Quiz All Over It’ scoring 73
- 3rd Place, ‘Quizerables’ scoring 63
The winning team received a £50 vouchers to be used at a local restaurant, whilst the 2nd and 3rd placed teams received a bottle of bubbles and a box of chocolates.
The Social Committee are more than thankful to everyone that attended the event, and a big thank you to our wonderful Quiz Master, Nigel Chantler! The evening was a tremendous success, we eagerly anticipate the next gathering.
